Returns & Exchanges

At Wise County Chicken Farm, we want you to love your rural-inspired fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be returned in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
